Three things move the number.
We quote every event on its own, so you are never paying for a package built for someone else.
- Guest count
- More guests means more beans, milk and cups, and sometimes a longer service window so nobody waits. There is no minimum and no cap.
- Service length
- A two-hour window serves most events. Longer receptions and all-day conferences take more beans, milk and time, so we build that into the quote rather than charging by the hour.
- Event details
- Where you are, whether we are indoors or out, and whether you want a custom menu. We build all of it into one number, with no surprise fees on the day.

Why it adds up
Less than a coffee run, and nobody leaves the room
A coffee shop run costs $5 to $7 a person, plus the twenty minutes someone spends fetching it. For a crowd of 75, our starting price works out to about $12 a guest, with unlimited drinks, two baristas, and the cafe set up in your room.

How much does coffee cart catering cost?
Our espresso bar service starts at $925, all-inclusive. Most events land between that starting price and about $1,700, depending on guest count, how long we pour, and any add-ons. We send an exact number the same day you ask.
What does the starting price include?
Two baristas, the cart, commercial espresso equipment, freshly roasted Methodical Coffee beans, whole and oat milk, syrups, cups and lids, and setup and teardown. Your guests never pay for a drink.
Is there a minimum guest count?
No. We have poured for small teams and for crowds of a few hundred. The starting price is the floor, and the quote grows with the event.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel across Atlanta and North Georgia is built into your quote rather than added as a separate fee. If your venue is well outside our usual area, we will say so up front before you commit to anything.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% retainer secures your date and is non-refundable. The balance is due on the day of your event.
